Call for papers "Diasporas and Activism in Europe"

This is a call for papers for one day workshop that will be held on 11th of September 2009, London proposes to advance thinking about diasporas in Europe. We intend to examine how these actors negotiate their multiple identities (e.g., national, ethnic, religious, gender, sexual etc) and their engagement and activism at various levels (local, national, regional, etc.)
