WP24C on 'Work-Life Balance in Europe: Possibilities and Constraints' is having a prepatory meeting. The WP is open for interested members within the CINEFOGO Network.
The focus of the work package
- To draw upon a range of theoretical and methodological perspectives in order to examine the interplay of work and family in the changing European societies taking into account the different historic, economic, policy and cultural contexts
- To apply a life-course approach to the changing configurations of resources, values and behaviours.
- To explore the practical implications of the different welfare regimes.
- To offer policy recommendations.
