WP11 Objectives

Development of an integrated causal model of participation over all Europe adjusted analyses of data based on findings of WP11 fro the first project period (months 0-17). The results of WP11 will be a comparative description of participation in civil society in different parts of Europe. These objectives will be extended through for the second period, because it seems essential not only assessing the degree of social participation and measuring differences between the European countries, but also trying to explain these distinctions on basis of multivariate data analyses before asking national coordinators to provide their interpretations of national specifics.

• Identification of influencing factors and correlations regarding different patterns of participation - based on findings of WP 11
• Multivariate data analyses to explain development and trends of Europeans civil society
• Exchange of Ph.D students between The Institute For Research on Nonprofit Organisations (6) and University of Aberdeen (47)
