A new approach to disseminate research on the Third Sector to a wider public has been taken in the video feature "Partner Civil Society", which was just released by a team around Prof. Annette Zimmer and filmmaker Astrid Sauermann at the University of Münster. The thirty minute documentary sets out traces of public private partnerships in the borderland between the Netherlands and Germany. Its diverse examples depict well working practices from the fields of sports, culture and transportation, but don't fall short to take a critical stance on the subject also. Scientific insight is provided in interviews with participating researchers of the CINEFOGO Conference on Partnerships as keystones of new governance, which was held at the University of Münster in January (WP17).

An online-version of the film can be downloaded in the CINEFOGO Outcomes Database and on the Website of the Research Group “European Civil Society” at Münster University. It is also intended to produce a hard copy of the film and to disseminate it by the spread of excellence programme of the network.
