The JSEEBSS is a peer-reviewed journal published by Taylor & Francis, London. It has both an academic and policy-oriented approach to core issues and developments related to the Balkans and the Black Sea area.

Articles are welcome from across disciplines. Special issues have focused on reconstruction in SEE, organized crime in the Balkans, Greek foreign policy, environmental challenges in the Balkans, energy matters in the Black Sea area, etc.
