At FIT we support and challenge each participant to reach states of peak performance and outstanding competence as group facilitator, trainer and leader trough bulding on their own unique strengths.

FIT08 will take place from 28th of August till 6th of September

Objectives:

• Practice and improve your leadership competences through self reflection and feedback from experienced trainers and co-participants;
• Develop your personal leadership style by exploring your strengths, increasing your self-awareness and self-confidence;
• Develop essential facilitation and training attitudes such as: self reflection, feedback as a gift, servant leadershiop, positive thinking and challenge as a source of power;
• Practice core facilitation and training tools such as: NAOMMIE planning, debriefing, brainstorming, evaluation, public speaking and coaching as a tool for success;
• Gain essential facilitation and training knowledge such as theory on group psychylogy, TCI model, individual needs analysis models, different learning styles and basic culture theory;
• Create your personal Action Plan and integrate into an international community of experienced facilitators, trainers and leaders.
