Work Package Responsible

Each work package has a Work Package responsible (WP responsible) whose task it is to co-ordinate the planned work in accordance with the objectives and deliverables set out in the work package.

General tasks:

• Regular contact with the Thematic co-ordinator and the SoE Co-ordinator in order to create a sufficient common understanding and monitoring,
• Brief progress reports to the Network Management Board and the Network Council.

The progress reports will form the basis of the adjustment of activities, if needed, and for the evaluation of The CINEFOGO Network.
